Karolina Konczyk, our law clerk of 18 months passes the bar exam and is sworn in by Minnesota Supreme Court, becoming a licensed attorney at law with our firm. Congratulations, Karolina!
Successfully obtained judgment against the State of Minnesota, declaring that it violated clients' due process rights and trespassed, and ordering that the State compensate client for damages, including the unlawful taking of their property
Successfully negotiate marital termination agreement to include no spousal maintenance responsibility for client after opposing party advocated for large spousal maintenance obligation
Incorporate new business for entrepreneur client selling Aebleskiver (Danish pastry) mix and pans
