Victory in Custody and Parenting Time TrialAugust 13th 2012
In a case involving unmarried parents with a young child, the parties were unable to agree upon the issues of physical custody and parenting time. We brought the case to trial. After an emotional trial and extensive post-trial submissions to the Court, we received the Judge's final order. It granted our client what he had been seeking - joint physical custody and a parenting schedule providing him with parenting time 50% of the time.
