Education: Erin received her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Minnesota Law School, cum laude, in 2000. She graduated from Gustavus Adolphus College, magna cum laude, in 1997 with a major in English and a minor in Women's Studies. She graduated from Forest Lake High School in 1993.
Honors and Community Involvement: Erin has been honored by her peers as a Rising Star in the legal community for numerous years. She has appeared in Mpls/St. Paul Magazine, Law & Politics and Twin Cities Business Monthly for this honor.
Erin will be a featured presenter at the DRI Young Lawyers Seminar in Miami Beach, Florida in June 2010. She will present on the topic: "Beyond Litigating: Using Your Law Degree to Change Public Policy."
Erin proudly serves as a Director on the Forest Lake Area School Board, the Chair Elect of the Board of Directors and the Chair of the Resource Development Committee of the Lakes Area Youth Service Bureau ("LAYSB"). She served as Chairperson for the First and Second Annual TASTE, a LAYSB fund raising and community event. She is also a member of the Forest Lake Rotary Club. She is a current member of the Minnesota State Bar Association.
Practice: Erin practices in the areas of family law and litigation.

Interests: Outside of her law practice, Erin enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, cooking, traveling, reading, camping, playing an occasional game of golf, watching old-school sit-coms, and being at her parents' cabin up north.
