We are a team. We are smart, creative and honest. Often we deal with complex legal issues, complicated factual scenarios, and face numerous potential approaches and solutions. We share responsibilities for our cases, and on a daily basis we take the time to consult one another and to think innovatively about how to best serve our clients.
And our clients are integral members of our legal team. We take the time to listen to what is most important to the person whose family, or business or real estate is in our hands. Our clients' priorities not only guide us – but lead us – as we formulate our strategy for each case.
Because our practice is centered upon our approach to teamwork, our clients are often able to get an update on their cases even when their primary attorney is not available for immediate consultation.
We are talented advocates. Based upon surveys of our peers, we have been recognized in Minnesota Law & Politics, Mpls/St. Paul Magazine, and Twin Cities Business Monthly as Super Lawyers and Rising Stars, providing excellent legal services to each of our clients.
We are committed to using technology to serve our clients. We became paperless in 2006. Going paperless eliminated the clutter around the office, but – more importantly – we’ve eliminated the clutter in our cases. You won’t find us rifling through documents to find the one we need. You’ll see that we have all we need just a click away on our screens. This frees up more of our time to focus on the relevant and challenging issues that need our attention.
Our conference room is fully integrated into our network, allowing us to easily access information during meetings and mediations. By using our projection screen, we are able to work together with our clients and other attorneys to draft, revise and finalize legal documents, often eliminating the time-consuming process of sending drafts and revisions from back and forth.
Our client's representation includes our use of numerous software and online legal research and analysis tools. These tools ensure that our clients' cases are placed in the context of the most up-to-date and complete law that is available.
We are involved in our community. We believe it important to give back to the communities we serve. Therefore, we are involved in and support the Forest Lake Rotary Club, the Lakes Area Youth Service Bureau, the Forest Lake Area School Board, the Forest Lake High School Athletics Association, and the Forest Lake Area Chamber of Commerce.

We are located in the large brown brick building with a clock tower. Look for the Johnson & Turner sign on the second floor. We are located on the second floor in Suite 206.
